IUS Students Visit Al Jazeera Balkans

Within the Politics and Media (POLS211) course, IUS students visited the Al Jazeera Balkans studio with their lecturer, Professional Associate Serap Fišo. The students were welcomed by Ms. Melina Kamerić, Public Relations and Communications Specialist at Al Jazeera Balkans.

During the visit, Ms. Kamerić introduced the students to various concepts and operations of Al Jazeera Balkans and also answered their questions related to objectivity, news verification process, and broadcasting preparation. The students also expressed their interest in internship opportunities at this renowned company for future practical trainings and first working experiences.
