PSIR “Show and Tell” Workshop Presents the World of Political Science and International Relations
On Thursday, January 18, 2024, the Political Science and International Relations (PSIR) program hosted an interesting workshop, inviting prospective students to explore the world of politics and discover the program’s unique offers.
The workshop started with warm greetings from the PSIR Program Coordinator, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aliaksandr Novikau, who introduced the high school students to the curriculum and activities of the program. Faculty members, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Joseph Kaminski, Asst. Prof. Dr. Jahja Muhasilović, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Krupalija presented different topics within the PSIR curriculum: from international relations to dynamics within local politics.
PSIR student, Mr. Benjamin Ahmedbegović shared his personal experiences and learning opportunities at this study program. In addition, a workshop on “SDGs in Bosnia and Herzegovina” followed where the students engaged in discussions, brainstormed solutions, and explored how PSIR graduates can contribute to tackling social and environmental challenges within the region. This hands-on session showed the program’s focus on practical learning and making a real-world impact.
