Dr. Turai Katalin from ELTE, Hungary, Gives a Workshop to PSIR Students on Erasmus+ Opportunities

The International University of Sarajevo (IUS) recently hosted Dr. Turai Katalin from the Faculty of Social Sciences, Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Hungary. She delivered a workshop for students in the Political Science and International Relations Department (PSIR) of the Faculty of Business and Administration (FBA).
Dr. Turai discussed the importance of international mobility during undergraduate studies and the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program. Students learned how international exchange programs can enrich their academic experience, expand their professional networks, and support personal growth and development.
The workshop followed IUS’s recent signing of an Erasmus+ agreement with ELTE, included in the Erasmus+ ICM KA171 Project for the 2025–2028 cycle. The partnership provides PhD students with a rare opportunity to participate in international mobility during their third-cycle studies. It also includes student exchanges and staff mobility for teaching purposes. The first exchanges are expected in the 2026/2027 academic year, with applications opening in spring 2026.
Students expressed enthusiasm about the session and the new partnership, showing keen interest in applying for Erasmus+ mobility opportunities in upcoming semesters.
